The mat floats you need to put a few drops of silicone on it lightly but then you put a small amount of dirt in. The vortex is held back so even on wide open you dont get the sand completely moving. It just sits in the middle of the mat. I should have taken a video of it. I even thought the dirt i ran would hold it down but when the dirts start to go awsy the mat spins.

Very little trimming to insure a great fit. This mat definitely speeds up the cleanup process in the Blue Bowl. I would recommend for the price point.
Only thing I didn't like it would start floating if there wasn't enough material on it . Any suggestions to correct that from happening .

The turbo mat cuts the time it takes to process material in the blue bowl!

Mat fits really good didn't have to trim or anyting. As if it wasn't a factory second. Haven't had a chance to test it yet, but im sure it will get the job done. Thank you.
Our blue bowl is in storage but we will be needing it probably next winter. I just wanted to have the inserts available so when we decide to use it, it will be ready. Thank You for the quick ship and quality products!

I haven't used it yet but I couldn't beat the price. It was a second sold for a much cheaper than the standard price. It just had color variations which I don't care. Hopefully I get to try it out this week if I ever get my self into the mountains.
The mat is perfect and fits the bowl that I made. It is wedged enough to not float and spin with the water. It is a winner!.
My experience was similar to others I’d read. I also had issues with the matt moving with the water and spinning in the blue bowl.they seemed tone at cross-purposes. I stopped using it. Not all bad feedback. .I own a clean-up buddy and love if for pay dirt classified at screens 30 or higher, and capture all but “flower” gold. Product works as advertised. Definitely makes using my blue bowl easier. Highly recommend!
Helps trap and hold finer gold. Takes more run time for separation and leaves some sands behind. Complete clean up is easier without mat, maybe if 2 bowls were set up independently. I'm talking about micro fine gold, which is next to impossible to separate anyway.
Fit the Blue bowl perfectly around the middle cone, where it really counts. May work to well for really fine gold. Mat traps concentrates really well and micro gold can wash out. Anything larger than that get trapped in the mat. longer run time patience pays off. Classification to fine sizes and ran separately is important. Great mat.
