Hungry horse This mat is a machine, it has a very tight grip on the heavy material you put through it. I run mine in my stream sluice and it very hungry. 😂 The higher vortex structure helps tremendously and protects the heavies (gold) with in the cells. It draws it in and keeps it in. From flour, flat flakes you name it, it holds on tight. It craves to be run hard in faster waters.

So few cons to clean! I have a Keene A52 and a Goldhog 12" X 36" stream sluice and this was my first of other future Dream Mat products. I had a custom bare sluice built to fit this mat in it. This mat compared to the others allows me to shovel right into the sluice instead of having to waste time classifying. This means MORE material ran and more gold. The amount of cons compared to the other 2 is way less to deal with after a long day of shoveling. But best of all, recovery is even better than the other 2.

Super fine recover We have super fine gold here in MO and use the 12” mat in our gold Buddie we have with a 2” hose. Works great and collects the fines along with the bigger stuff (if we ever run across it). Have it set up for my boys (9 and 12) to run while we run our big dredge. The mats work great and could not like the clean out and more. Highly recommend any product from here.
