Shipping Policy

Thank You for Your Order!

We select shipping carriers to ensure the fastest delivery possible within the shipping fee paid. Orders placed before 2:00 pm MST are fulfilled within two business days, provided inventory is available. Large packages may be shipped via ground freight due to increased shipping rates. International orders typically ship with UPS, which charges a separate brokerage fee. However, this fee is generally lower than the combined fees of other shippers.

You will receive confirmation and tracking information from Shippo and Shopify. If you do not receive these notices, please check your junk mail folder.

You can reach out to our Customer Support page if you have issues with your order or finding your email order confirmation.

Shipping Exceptions

We understand how frustrating it can be if a package is lost, stolen, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address. While we strive to assist with any shipping issues, please remember that we are not the shipping carriers. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and rely on their services to deliver your products promptly and affordably. If they make a mistake or something beyond their control occurs, we are limited in what we can do. We ask for your patience and courtesy when resolving shipping mishaps. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is excessively rude or unreasonable.

  • Insurance: We do not insure packages beyond the free coverage provided by the carriers.

  • Address Accuracy: We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages if your information is outdated or incorrect.

  • Package Safety: We are not responsible for the safety of your package after delivery. If tracking shows it as delivered and you have not received it, please file a claim with the carrier.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is damaged or lost, you must file a claim with the carrier.

  • Delivery Delays: We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. However, we will work with patient and courteous customers to resolve any issues.

International Shipping

International shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks to most markets. However, due to COVID-19, international events, and holidays, packages may take up to 45 days in rare cases.

  • Fees: Shipping fees do not include duties, local taxes, or broker fees that may be added through customs or postal services.

  • Insurance: We do not insure international packages for full value. If you wish to add full insurance, it can be arranged at your cost. If a package is declared lost, we will file an insurance claim and either refund you or resend the package (if it was insured). If not insured, the risk is assumed by the customer.

  • Canadian Customers: While UPS charges a separate broker fee of approximately $30, this is usually cheaper than the total cost of shipping with USPS and generally faster.

Problem Countries

Shipping to certain countries may take longer and pose a higher risk of parcels not reaching their destination or being returned. We will only refund orders if the package is returned to us. Please conduct research before ordering, and consider placing a small test order to assess shipping reliability.

Here is a list of countries with potential shipping challenges:

  • Africa: Often requires research to determine the courier that will deliver beyond customs, such as DSL. Failure to do so may require in-person pickup from customs.

  • Bulgaria and Pakistan: Packages are often returned without explanation.
